Jeroen van de Wetering

Jeroen has been working with a variety of populations in the Niagara region including children, athletes and several special populations. He has been involved in the field of exercise from a very young age. Jeroen enjoys setting goals to create an end destination. If he were to summarize his training philosophy, he will tell you that training is like driving a rental car in the 1980s. You are the driver and he is the navigator. The navigator has all the tools required to get to your destination. Still it is the driver that will ultimately determine the road to success.

Jeroen does an excellent job at motivating the people around him to improve themselves every day using a holistic approach. He firmly believes that the body’s systems are interrelated, and they must be taken care of according to behaviour and lifestyle. Since becoming involved in the world of health and fitness, Jeroen has developed a drive to gain a deeper understanding of the body’s interrelatedness, and he will do so by studying to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

His attention to detail and passion for helping others should not be underestimated. He will motivate, listen, educate, and most importantly, he will ensure that you feel more comfortable in your own body.
