This class is designed to teach you how to:

  • How to identify movement imbalances that can impact the function of your body.

  • Mobility techniques using a foam roller and soft-tissue release balls.

  • Pain-free flowing mobilizations and stretches.

  • Simple core control exercises to maintain your new ranges of motion.
