At Oakville Performance & Wellness, the Athlete Development program targets elite athletes who are looking to elevate their game and achieve their highest performance potential.
After a thorough assessment to identify strengths, opportunities and lingering injuries, we will design progressive training programs that are customized to suit the performance needs of the individual athlete. Whether the athlete is preparing for try-outs right around the corner, in the middle of their season or building themselves in their off-season - programs will be designed accordingly.
