Whether you need increased strength & performance, improved mobility, pain-relief, or you simply need to get in shape, your Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist can help you become a better version of yourself.

During your consultation, we will assess you as a whole: analyze your stress, sleep, biomechanics, nutrition and your overall being. Then, your coach will develop a training plan to build on your strengths, so that you can achieve quantifiable goals.

Making Movement Better

Our customized fitness plans take into account the alignment and structural integrity of your body. We make sure you are moving well before increasing the intensity. This progressive approach helps you improve your fitness safely while preventing injury.

Assessment-Based Programming

At OakPW, we use movement to assess muscular and structural imbalances that can cause shoulder, low back and knee pain. We do a full body scan to address your mobility and stability competencies and provide movement strategies to include as part of your fitness program.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

An integral component at Oakville Performance & Wellness is Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). FST is a unique, complete and complimentary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal mobility, strength, performance and pain-relief. FST compliments other forms of manual therapy, fitness and sports training, and rehabilitation. How long are the training and FST sessions?

Our training sessions are 60 minutes. Our FST sessions are 60, 75 or 90 minutes.

Will I get nutrition guidance?

Our team at OakPW are nutrition certified professionals and equipped to help you with your dietary needs. We can help you get stronger, leaner and healthier by implementing action-based behaviours and strategies to achieving your goals.
